OAKLAND, Calif. Maillot Lucas Psg . -- The Toronto Blue Jays have activated reliever Brett Cecil from the 15-day disabled list and optioned outfielder Anthony Gose to Triple-A Buffalo. The Blue Jays made the moves before Fridays game at Oakland. Cecil went on the disabled list June 19 with a strained left groin.
