"The converse chuck 70 fekete is a wonderfully simple sneaker, but it seems to be pretty adaptable for more ambitious experiments in most cases. Enter the Chuck 70 Canvas LTD Hi, which takes a leaf from the adjacent world of cobbling and adds a welted ripple sole to the high-top variant of the popular design.

With visuals that'll haunt your dreams and a classic Converse silhouette taken to the extreme with Owens' signature exaggerated proportions, this was a release that piqued the interest of the sneakersphere and fashion world alike.
