LONDON, England -- Chelsea have completed a deal to sign midfielder Nemanja Matic from Portuguese side Benfica, the Premier League outfit confirmed on Wednesday. Matic, 25, returns to Stamford Bridge for a transfer fee believed to be 21 million pounds ($37.6 million) after leaving the club for Portugal three years ago. "I am very happy for this opportunity. His numbers said it all. DeMarcus Cousins had 25 points and 10 rebounds, Gay added 24 points and 10 rebounds, and the Kings held off the Raptors in the fourth quarter for a 109-101 victory.
